Starting in July 2019 I will be releasing quarterly collections.

Bandanas are LIMITED, and are typically not restocked once they sell out, while waterproof collars  and leashes, Disney Ears, and vests are always available.

I also release premade vests once or twice a month that are slightly less expensive than custom vests and will never be restocked.

To order a working dog vest, please go HERE. All orders including vests ship within 7-14 business days from the day you place your order.

At this time we do not currently make custom items. Instead, we prefer to release a monthly collection of items to keep weight time and costs down. However, if you have a specific idea, you are always welcome to contact us! We love hearing about ideas for new products for our collections!

All of our bandanas are a tie and snap which adjust to accommodate many different breeds. Each bandana comes with two snaps and is adjustable based on how many times you roll the top of the bandana down, and how many times you tie the bandana. You also don’t have the tie the bandana and have the option to only use the snap if you want to!.

Yes! A size chart is included in the last photo of each product, or in the actual menu for size choices.  Please note these are only estimates. For the best fit, please make sure to include your dog’s measurements (especially for vests). 

To clean your collar or leash, take a bucket of cold or warm water, and add some dish soap. Then swish the item around in the bucket, rinse clean and allow to air dry!

Hand wash in cold water (may add a little detergent and rise clear if desired) and lay flat to dry to avoid shrinking. May iron if needed. 

Shipping/Order Status/Exchanges

Turnaround time for all products is between 7-14 business days. Turnaround time is the day you place your order until the day we ship it out

This does not include holidays and weekends, or shipping time, and is subject to change based on the quantity of orders.

If you need your order ASAP you can purchase the RUSH ORDER ADD ON.  Rush orders ship within 5 business days of receiving the order. We recommend adding Priority Mail to Rushed Orders.

Orders weighing under 16 ounces ship USPS First Class (unless you purchase Priority Mail). Packages typically arrive in 2-3 business days. 

Packages weighing 16oz+ (or with purchase) ship Prioriy Mail. Packages arrive in guaranteed 1-3 businesss days.  

Choosing Priority mail does NOT mean that your item will be made faster than our turnaround time, only that the shipping will be faster and guaranteed. 

We ship international items through USPS First Class Mail International. Shipping typically costs $9-$20 ($12 is common) and takes 7-21 days internationally, but in some locations may take up to 6 weeks. 

You may also request Priority Mail International, which takes 6-10 business days. The price will go up significantly and will depend heavily on the weight of your items and your location.

International orders may not include tracking or a guaranteed delivery date.

In accordance with the law, all international orders will have the full declared value on customs form. Please be aware of your countries duties, fees, VAT taxes, and other charges. These fees are not included in the price of the item or the shipping costs, and are the customer’s responsibility. The Atomic Hound is not responsible for these charges, and are not able to refund you for these charges.  

Each order will ship out with tracking information. When you receive your shipping confirmation email, you will also receive the tracking info. Just click on the link to follow your order!

Email is the best way to reach us. If you haven’t yet received a shipping confirmation, the likelihood that we can cancel or change it is better but still not guaranteed.

Please note we are not responsible for incorrect addresses that have already shipped. We cannot refund the item or re-send new items free of charge. Make sure to DOUBLE check your shipping address.

First, please make sure that you received an initial order confirmation email. If you received your email, that means you successfully placed an order with us! If you didn’t, your order may not have gone through. If you were charged, but didn’t receive a confirmation email, please contact us.

Next, please check when you placed your oder. If you placed your order more than 14 business days ago,  your order should have shipped. In that case, please check to see if you received a shipping confirmation. If not, please contact us.

Finally, if you have received a shipping notification, please check the status of your order through the link you were emailed with your shipping tracking information. Your order may still be out for delivery. If your tracking information says your order was delivered, but you still don’t have your oder,  please contact us.

The Atomic Hound is responsible for shipping until the tracking information states “Delivered” or “Notice Left”. 

If you (the buyer) claim that your package was not received, but the tracking states that the package was delivered, The Atomic Hound is no longer responsible. In this case YOU, the buyer, can reach out to USPS.

Occasionally packages will be lost by USPS (the tracking info never says delivered or notice left), and in that case we will work on filing a claim with you.

Additionally, The Atomic Hound, is NOT responsible for incorrect addresses. If however, you put the correct shipping address, but we, or our system, made a mistake, we will take responsibility.

We ship everything with specific packages to protect against damage. In the unlikely circumstance that your package arrives damaged, please contact us with documentation. 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 10 days from receiving the item to return your item for a full refund. We offer FREE return shipping, with prepaid shipping labels (we do not refund original shipping).  

Once we receive your item, we will process your return by 7 business days. We do not offer exchanges or store credit.

We are not able to offer free return shipping for international orders.
