We want all your purchases with us to make your dog jump for joy, but we know that some things just aren't meant to be, so we happily accept free returns.
Undamaged, unused, and unwashed items may be returned, free of charge. It doesn't matter if the size was wrong, it doesn't match your dog's complexion, or if there is a flaw.
Returns must be made within 30 days of the date you receive your item.
Once we receive your item we will process your full refund within 5 business days. Be aware the refund can take a few days to hit your account.
We definitely want you to have the right fit for your dog. Any exchanges will be processed as new orders. You’ll make a return for the item within 30 days, and then immediately place a new order for the correct size or color. You will be charged shipping for the new order. Once we receive the returned item, we will refund your account within 5 business days.
We gladly accept returned items from international customers, but we are not able to offer free shipping on returns. Shipping expenses will be subtracted from your return.
We do not refund original shipping fees UNLESS we sent the wrong product or there was a malfunction in your product.
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses.
If the package gets returned to us, we will ask for payment to re-send the item to you. If the package gets lost due to an incorrect address, we will not refund you the cost of the items or the shipping fees.
If you put the correct shipping address, but we, or our system, made a mistake, we will take responsibility.
Because collars and leashes contain hardware the ALL will oxidize over time. Nickel will rust more quickly than stainless steel (but even stainless steel can rust), and brass will patina (have a slight greenish color).
We do not offer returns for used collars or leashes that have rusted, as that is simply part of the wear and tear of the life of the gear.
We recommend you check Google for suggestions on how to remove rust/patina from your hardware if it concerning to you.
We offer returns for up to 2 months at our discretion for collars or leashes with rivets that are damaged or have fallen off. Our gear is high quality, but everything in life can be damaged, so we ask that you take care of your items.
